Unbelievable sentence

What would the sentence be if the perpetrator was white?
Even the title of the article on Fox is misleading: "Teen charged" - that teen is 19 years old

Well then it would be considered a hate crime and that white person would be in jail for at least 10 years. But as we know only white people commit hate crimes..

I don't like it but I understand it: it was a plea agreement because she sang like a canary about her colleagues, who got very heavy sentences. I would have thunk the video was conclusive enough; maybe the DA didn't. Her probation seems pretty shaky, especially the part about being off social media. Strong money says she violates probation.

The article says: "Her three co-defendants remain in custody and their cases are pending."

Maybe black Muslim judges just have a different sense of justice from some of us.

Strong money that it's going to be impossible to track her social media.
