Union County NC - Recent CCW renewal?

My CCW permit expires on 12/1. I put in my renewal ppwk on 8/7. I want to say the last time I renewed (2016), it took just under 90 days for the Sheriff’s office to call me letting me know my renewed permit was ready. Obviously, I’m now sitting at 90+ days with no word on my permit.

Has anyone else in Union Co. recently experienced this long a wait?

Evidently since my new permit was not valid until 12/1/21, they waited a bit longer to “issue” the renewal. Just got word this morning it’s ready for pickup.
