Ok guys, make sure your heart can take the visual of the sheer speed at which I'm shredding this track at, lol. GPS on the lap timer says I reached a whopping 53 mph on the little front straight. I know I know, how can I do such mind boggling feats of pure speed and cat like reflexes 😂. Anyway, this thing is so much fun. @49erRider, you're up next to get the clone out there with me. You may need to click and change the quality to 1080 if the video doesn't look good.

I've had my 525 on that track. I could carry the front all the way through the straights and that's where I made my time. Went by everyone like they dropped anchor. Rest of the track was just man-handling that torque monster through there. Really too much bike. In the tight stuff bastids on them little bikes buzzin around me like sweat bees won't leave me alone! Like blackbirds going after a hawk. 🍺 Well done sir.
I rode my buddy's Yamaha WR 250 SM and it was worse. It actually weighed more than my KTM and not even half the power. He however, loved the KTM lol. My street legal DRZ400SM did pretty good because I had the suspension and tires dialed on that one, and it didn't really have the crushing power that gets you into trouble like the KTM.
Then I rode a CRF150R. That was it. That bike is stupid fast with power way beyond what it should come with, and if set-up decently just rails through that tight stuff. Absolutely flys. If one of the bro's has one see if you can sleaze a ride.
And lastly, it's hotter-n-hell at CMP. What's that all about? Gateway to hell or something?

Yeah, CMP is hot like no other. It really doesn't make much sense, lol. There were some guys on the smaller CRF bikes, and man they rail around there. I wish I had about double the HP that my Grom has now, but then, Im sure it would just get me in trouble that much faster, haha. But, either way, this thing is so much fun, and fun to wrestle around that track. I'm getting the axle sliders installed today, and hopefully will have something for them next weekend for the race. Gonna be some bar banging, horn blowing fun.

@Stick Man what type of laptimes are you pushing on the main track?

On my old 600, my pb is a 1.41, but run consistent low 1.43's.
I'm looking forward to getting out there again. Last time out I did a 1.40.26 but had a busted suspension and car wouldnt turn. I think I can get 135s when everything is working the way it should be

That's hauling around there for sure. I'm hoping on the new R6, I can get in the 30's.

Whoa, whoa, whoa – you can't just post a video like that without warning people to take some Dramamine first! Especially when you watch it at 1.5X speed like I did :p. That looks like a lotta fun, but I'd only be good for about 4 laps.

It's so funny when people watch videos like that. Kelly was just watching it about 30 minutes ago, and her head was going side to side, lol. I have to give it up to GoPro, for it's image stabilization, and this one is an older Hero7 black model. That camera is mounted to a little windshield looking thing on the bike, and it vibrates like nobody's business. How it keeps it looking smooth like it does is crazy. My Hero 8 black is a little better in the options, but both are very impressive.
On the laps thing, in the race next Saturday, we will have 1 10 minute qualifying session, 1 10 lap heat race, and the main will be a 15 lap race. Plus, if I do the track day beforehand that starts at 9am, that's a bunch of laps on the ole Gromlin, lol. Gonna be SORE the following week, lol.

Very cool video, loved it.
Almost reminded me of a 3 hour WERA endurance race a old friend of mine talked me into running with him using a Moto Morini 3 1/2, years and years ago that he owned. You are probably running faster then we were on the Moto. We finished dead last but we had fun.
