The guys heart is in the right place and I'm sure it's fun but what he's done is create an "attractive nuisance" and if/when someone gets hurt he'll be held liable.. Ya can't win in this world anymore....
While I'm sure you could get a lawyer to take the case, unless there was some defect in the driveway that made it more hazardous than the typical concrete driveway, I doubt the plaintiff would prevail. The guys heart is in the right place and I'm sure it's fun but what he's done is create an "attractive nuisance" and if/when someone gets hurt he'll be held liable.. "To be considered an attractive nuisance:

- A potentially dangerous condition exists on the property
- The landowner created or maintained the potential danger
- The landowner should have known the condition would attract children
- The landowner should have known the condition could harm children."
