Local hockey team was having an event and well, my son and I like hockey so we took the family to eat.
Man, after months of eating at home I have come some conclusions:
I, basically, hate people. Too noisy, drunk young folk, the poor looser at the bar trying his hardest, watching him strike out, the young lady's dressed like hookers...etc. Why is it again the restaurant bar can be open but not an actual bar? It appeared to be the same to me.
The music was too loud to carry conversation.
It's expensive.
The food....ugh....never realized until we stopped going out due to the lockdown but man, the food...when I got home I felt like if I could vomit I would have felt better. I seriously don't like eating out....it really isn't good as home cooked.
The wait was ridiculous...45 minutes for a table.....that was beside the bar, outside, in the heat and then the rain.....
Parking sucks.
Felt like I was on high alert after not being around that many people in awhile.
So....like I told the wife, "I never realized just how good her cooking was".
