Personally I would reccomend Durango as the most comfortable boot choice. They're pull ons are good for days. Even more comfortable than my basic issue desert boots that somehow just keep on ticking by some marvel of army witchcraft.
if you're just looking for a good pull on for work and you dont like durangos, I would say give georgia boot company a try. I love my Justin's but they never quite meet the comfort level of Georgia boots, Durango, or even some of the more expensive ariats. Problem with ariat is their basic work boots are crap. You have to spend 300 to really get a decent boot from justin or ariat.
I have also had a pair of Rocky pull ons that have lasted me about 5 years, but I have had to change out the insoles.
Cant speak to them personally but my dad always said the best made boot in the country is a red wing.
