What does this mean, "G17 milled for rmr"

Duhhhhhh. Getting old is such fun. One other question. Would that make the weapon worth $900???????????????
If it's new and has the RMR on top, maybe lol

Nope. No RMR, just milled.
Terrible buy unless you plan on putting some kind of optic on it. They want you to pay for them ruining the slide.

@BudE Yesterday I went to the gun show in Winston. One of the things I was looking for was a 442. The first table I checked was a guy with mostly "collectible" pistols. He had a 642 in the case and I wasn't sure I was reading the price correctly. I summoned up my courage and asked if the first of the three digits was a 7 or a 2. He rose out of his chair, opened the case, brought out the gun and told me it was indeed $7XX (I didn't pay any more attention to the price after he confirmed it was more than $700). He went on to explain to me that it was an "Airweight".

Further on in the show is the guy most of us seem to buy new guns from. He had half a table of 442/642's at $319.

Go figure!

He's the best!

I have a very nice 442 with some extras. I would be more than happy to deliver my 442 to your doorstep and you would not even have to go above $700. Mine is a collectible also since I owned it. I think I'm up on the prices on those.

Throw in that G17 of yours (don't I remember you have the first one sold in NC?) and I might consider it.

:D

Without seeing the g17 it's a hard call on value but I would call the pistol $450 and $100 on the rmr cut and those would be max values.

Make sure they didn't punch a hold in the plunger spring area unless they were going for a real deep rmr cut for a reason.

Thank you. However, I don't much like dealing with people who are try to rip off an unsuspecting person or who are just plain stupid. I've no intention of going anywhere near that thing.

Maybe the slide was milled and they're trying to sell it back to you?????
