What ever happened with the wipes?

I know that there are still cans on the market that use wipes to suppress. I remember at one point in time wipes became a no-no but I’m just curious if that ever changed.

I don’t believe anybody is selling them anymore, but the wrist smack only happened to the dealers/manufacturers. Stamping your own on a 1:1 basis (and destroying the old one) isn’t against any regulation.

Don’t know if any regulation that would say otherwise, but it may exist.
