If it is ammo you are going to consider carrying you might want to run more of it just to be safe, but if that box feeds and runs buttery smooth that should give you an indication. Of the 3 Sigs I own none of them are picky at all.

I see. Yeah, I bought a box of cheap bulk Federal. Once. Mine weren't as bad as that. Some of the rounds didn't have the bullet seated in the cartridge. They all fired though. The loosies got tapped back into that cart. and fired in a revolver.

I've got an SR22. I can't think of any ammo that it won't shoot.

My SR22 has run on any ammo I put in it. I plan to clean and lube it when it starts acting up.

    Which 3 do you have?
I figure if the 1st box does well, I'll get more and shoot that too.

What will you use to clean/lube when it acts up?

Not sure about Ruger but I think he uses Tide on some of his Glocks. :D

I really haven't shot the gun yet. It's been too hot to go back to the range, which is indoors, but no AC in the lanes....I'm planning on going soon to really see what it's like. I'm hoping it's like the rental one I tried last time I went. That was very nice. It's why I ended up buying the gun. I'm sure it'll take some use before it gets to be as nice as the rental, because the parts are harder to work than the one I rented. Not sure how much the previous owner used it.

I have a 938 that used to be my EDC, a 365 that is my current EDC, and a 320 X5 I shoot competitions with. I reload all my own ammo and these Sigs are some of the best pistols to load for, especially coming from CZ's. No more super short chambers and bullet shapes to avoid, they eat them all.

I'll just strip it down, wipe everything really good, run a bore snake through it, and give it some 3-n-1 oil on the moving parts.

And, I use Dawn on the Glocks.

I mean...it was just two boxes of ammo, honey...

(I added the extra box because shipping didn't change until I got to 22 boxes ;))

I stand corrected. I re-read the thread from June. Tide is only for Glock magazines. ;)

Got a Romeo 1 in 6moa coming for my 320X5, just got shipping notice today from optics planet. Hopefully it will be here in time for next weeks USPSA match, but I went with free shipping which usually means SLOW.

Yesterday I bought the only box of 5.7 that Academy had. I even had it carried to the register for me.

Just ordered a complete lower with SBA3 brace and 10.5” complete upper (with flash hider and 12” handguard) from PSA for my first AR pistol. I was looking at 300 blk pistols but decided to go this route first to keep from having to add another caliber to my stash. Also went with a Vortex Venom to go on it

    I've been slacking off.

Actually, I've let several interesting deals slip away lately. Most of them because my attention was elsewhere. For that reason, I tried to appease the firearms gods and bought something today. Not really a landmark piece or even to be proud of but something I've been looking for to round out a small grouping.

Film at 11. (Well, more like photos around the 12th or 13th).

    No dang idea
I really dont know much about the caliber...until you, and others, helped to educate me.
It was a bolt action and so I put some raffle tickets in that bucket...had been wanting a bolt gun
And then I put a bunch in the scope bucket cause there werent many tickets in that bucket lol

Worked out cool - won the rifle...and then five minutes later I wont the scope.

    200rds of subsonic S&B 300BLK (200gr)

I've never used it but I've seen a lot of positive talk about it. I think I got a good deal on it from Brownells, at just under 50¢/rd. $99.50 to my door.

    LED light strip
    Battery pack
    IR sensor

Gonna combine the TwangNBang safe lighting method with another one I saw. Using IR instead of motion detector, and a rechargeable battery pack instead of a power adapter. We'll see how it goes.
