What's for dinner?

Ended up going to a Chinese Mexican restaurant list night. My US boss got in town the previous night so we went there.
It was actually pretty good. The specials for the day were the burritos. So I got the spicy beef.
Gotta say they do take plating very seriously.
Didn't get sick from it either. [emoji12] [emoji38]

Did you shoot that before you ate it? Never understood the foo, foo,presentation stuff. Wish I had about $100M so I could open a restaurant with zero garnish. Can't eat that stuff. But it is what inside that burrito that counts.

Keeping it simple and easy tonight. I am going to add some real bacon to the green beans to compliment the "Ham Flavored Sauce" whatever that is. Lol. These green beans with potatoes, and a big bowl of Kraft Mac & Cheese.:D

My brother came into town with his wife and two kids (2&3). We hung out at my mom's all day.

Supper was lasagne, fettuccini alfredo, spiralized zucchini with red sauce, garlic bread, probably some other stuff...and then a lemon pie and chocolate chip pie. I'm stuuuuuuufffffed.

Since dinner in the south is the biggest meal of the day, I had a crab cake melt sammich with grilled onions on top at Fishy Fishy on the water at Southport for lunch. It was YUGE. Wifey had Fried Green 'Mater sammich.

I have had their crab cake melt and it's the bomb. Fishy and Provisions are my favorites in Southport. We haven't tried the new place in front of Provisions.

About twenty of us ate at Provision on Friday night. It was great, too.
 
Bought a new weber charcoal grill..
Had to make sure it worked. Seems to work OK.

Wednesday's around 5. Mark your calendar. We would go later, but (a) it gets real busy, and (b) the missus has to take a meal to her mom by around 6. I realize that may or may not work on a week night for y'all, but if it can then by all means come and get you some.

Apex Wings is only ~20 min from my new hangout. Mebbe I can get mrstrcubed to meet me here/there for dinner...

Twenty minutes you say? We need to move y'all over here to our neck of the woods. Plus it's closer to all the places we go play idpa every weekend.

Wife and I visit that one... only minutes from work. It has been very good every time so far. :)
