What's for dinner?

@BigWaylon did you eat the finished product before sharing a picture with us?!
I took one more after it came off the flat-top:

And then quesadillas were made and eaten without any other pics. šŸ˜

Had to go into town today so got some bojangles for me and my aunt for lunch. So tonight for supper I had leftover bojangles piled on a leftover biscuit. Chicken, dirty rice, mashed taters and hot sauce piled on biscuit. Messy but a damn good sandwich 20240424_172740.jpg

Used to be you could take a survey for a free sausage biscuit on every receipt.

My go to meal was to order a gravy biscuit combo and a free sausage biscuit. Put half the biscuit and the sausage patty into the gravy biscuit. Cut it all up, put pepper and Texas Pete on it, and eat it up. Then you have the other half of the biscuit for dessert with either jelly or honey on it. Side for me was either dirty rice or fries. Was a pretty filling meals for not a lot of cash.

Never got a free biscuit to do this with, but this is a got to for me, as well. Sometimes I switch it up and get a steak biscuit to cut up into the sausage gravy.

Auto is not well and couldn't make it to the market today. I will be improvising this evening.

Shrimp, bacon and Swiss quiche in puff pastry with mixed greens and tomato salad.
This is impressive, as my thoughts of improvising is a can of Vienna Sausages or a pack of ramen!

Mash tators, with Glory brand spinach
on top, simple things

improvising ..Speaking of Ramen noodles, might as well add Sardines in mustard. Make sure you got some breath mints...something...
or don't walk up to people and go "HI"

Used to eat them Penrose lil sausage in a jar
some call em "beer sausage with Ramen

Bottom round roast, cut up in large cubes, rolled it in some seasonal, can of Campbell French onion soup, placed all in cooking bag, 300 degrees, little over 3 hours, meat just fell apart, made gravy, smashed tators, broccoli / cauliflower with melted shredded xtra sharp cheese.

Sorry no pic ..fone charging..

Was good..
