Which 10/22 and why?

Picked this one up new a few years back...Has a ruger american style stock, can change the check comb, has the threaded barrel w/ flash suppressor, and has mini 14 style peep sights. only thing i've done to it is add the scope and change the trigger. Super fun to shoot!DSCN0676.JPG

I’m a big fan of the Ruger 10/22s. I own 5 of them. Including 2 of the take/down models. 1 for each of us. Both have suppressors and 25 round magazines. They are our take every where rifles.

CCI Stingers are carry ammo.

Thanks Bill Ruger!

I first had the 22” sporter but found it a little unwieldy although it has a nice stock and was plenty accurate.

I pivoted to a takedown model as I wanted something relatively light and portable. I built it from a new, stripped receiver: Kidd bolt, springs, charging handle, bolt release, the upgraded Ruger BX trigger, magpul TD stock, Tactical Solutions threaded bull bbl. suppressed it is an absolute blast. I originally had a Sig Romeo 5 in it but just went to a Vortex Crossfire 2-7x31 for more accuracy. Pretty much my dream 10/22. I’d still like to pick up a 18” sporter 1103 10/22 if prices & supply ever allow it.
