Got a VG6 Epsilon as a freebie with an Aero order a while back and decided to throw it on the wife’s PA15 in place of the A2. Never installed a muzzle device before but researched and it doesn’t seem like rocket science. No issues but my question is, would you go for another full round? After hand tight I had to use the wrench to go another 3/4 of a round to get the correct timing. But there seems to be a good bit of space left in the crush washer. Would you try it?

I’d go half around. lol.

I was looking around for the spec and didn’t find the .mil manual but here is Brownells. If it bugs you you could go for another turn. Scratch that. You’ve already done 3/4 so that’s 270 degrees. Another full turn would be 270+360.

The skinny slot orientation looks correct to me (up),

Oh,…before you give it another crank, how are you supporting the barrel?

If you are just using upper blocks you could shear off the extension pin as it isn’t designed for that. You would need either a reaction rod or make some clamps from wood and maybe inner tube to grab the barrel.

Another turn with just upper blocks might do some damage.

Edit - See above post edit. Another turn would be out of spec.
