Y'all talked me into trying smoked bologna.

Okay, I was very skeptical about putting a big chunk of bologna on my smoker but MAN am I glad I tried it.
May not be as pretty as some people make it but the taste is great!!!

My neighbor did a round of Sweet Lebanon Bologna not long ago. It was amazing.

Love a good smoked chub. Slice and on grilled cheese is amazing. Throw on some smoked creamed cheese when doing this and you have a great lunch.

One of the downsides of having turned our car port into a billiard room is that I won’t have a convenient place for my pellet smoker. I think I’m going to move it to the back covered porch at my parents house. The first thing we’re going to make when we get back in our house is a lasagna. The second thing I think I’m going to do is get a bologna and smoke it.,
