Yet another reason not to trust anything coming out of Cambridge U?

Being a Boomer gives me a perspective of tattoes that is vastly different from those of today's younger generations. My first remembrance of tattoos was of persons who were not very socially acceptable but then along came Dennis Rodman and all his friends, that's when I knew I was no longer mainstream. So be it, every generation has to have their identity and as time passes the definition of youth will be currently unguessable but certainly there will be a different look in the future. I probably won't be around but I'm sure when those of you with the tattooed bodies turn into bonified geezers and the wrinkles set in the display will be a sight to see, one that I'll gladly pass on to my heirs.

The argument “when you get old they will look bad” only applies if the canvas isn’t already going to look terrible.

My grandma used to ask me what I was gonna do when I was all old & wrinkly. Told her if you got a good look at my naked ass at that age, that it wouldn't be my tats that woke you up screaming. Then she switched to "what will the doctor say, if you have to have surgery?" Last year, I was able to inform her that while I didn't get a chance to speak with the surgeon, the anesthesiologist said, "Hey wow! I love your artwork!".

Saw this T at the mall today and thought about this thread. Who wants one? :p
