One of my scary conspiracy sites says the fine print in your kid's school consent form allows them to give whatever medical treatment they want if they can't contact you. And most people sign those things without reading them.

No idea if this is true, but I thought I'd mention it for folks with children in school.

I'm not saying covid doesn't exist. The problem is the vaxx worries me more than Covid. I had covid.

I know that a virus affects people differently. I also know that I am not in the group with elevated risk. As such, there is a higher risk with getting the gene therapy over not. Not to mention the whole religious objection to the origin of mRNA therapies.

Oddly enough I was asked by my wife tonight if I still thought I’d made the right call not getting the vaccine. My answer was 100% yes.

Look, if I die from this……shit happens. But the odds of me dying from taking the vaccine are right at the same percentage.

And there are numerous other health concerns with the vaccine. Not to mention, having the vaccine doesn’t protect me from getting the virus.

My mother was vaccinated and is having a much harder time than we currently are.

We have even more reason to not get vaccinated, my wife’s step dad is vaccinated because he travels a lot, he got the virus and gave it to my wife’s mom, she just took the test today and it was positive, plus seeing all these “vaccinated“ assholes catching the virus and spreading it around, but it’s ok because they’re vaccinated

I guess I need to say this again. Delta has an Ro of about 8, about 3x that of the Alpha (ref- CDC). With these leaky vaccines, if we were to have 100% vaccine uptake and perfect mask use we cannot stop the spread of Delta (ref- CDC).

  • the current vaccines provide about 50-60% efficacy in protection from infection. They are not fully protective.
  • if you are vaccinated and become infected (“breakthrough”), the virus will replicate at the same or higher levels than if you were unvaccinated and then become infected.
  • if you are vaccinated and then become infected, your risk of transmitting virus to someone else is quite high – remember, the Ro measures how likely you are to transmit the virus.
  • if you are vaccinated and then become infected, your risk of developing severe disease or dying is better than if you were not vaccinated and then become infected with Delta.
Therefore, if you are vaccinated and then become infected, you MAY have a higher risk of becoming a “superspreader” because you are less likely to show disease. This has not been measured, but it should be.

“A 49-year-old woman with no previous medical history presented to the emergency room with a history of fever and skin eruption. She has received COVID-19 Pfizer (BNT162b1) vaccine with a dose of 0.3 mL given intramuscularly one week before the development of her symptoms. The patient started to develop fever, fatigue, and headache followed by skin lesions affecting her trunk and starting to spread to her face and upper limbs with oral ulceration. The patient was seen in the primary health care center and was given paracetamol and did not notice any improvement. The patient had no history of taking any new medication or any cosmetic treatment in the past two months before the development of the skin lesions. Upon examination, the patient was vitally stable, anxious, and in severe pain. She had numerous purpuric and dusky red macules involving the chest, abdomen, upper limbs, face, genitalia, and upper thighs with areas showing coalescence of lesions with flaccid bullae and areas of epidermal detachment with positive Nikolsky’s sign.

The mucosa was involved in her condition, where she had extensive oral ulceration and hemorrhagic crusting over the lips, as well as bilateral conjunctival congestions along with upper eyelids erosions and genital mucosal lesions. Her body surface area (BSA) involvement is estimated to be more than 30%.”

It has got me thinking about that whole estate planning stuff my wife bugs me to get on every couple years...
I think last time she got on me about it was a few years ago, just after I was 104° and laid up with pneumonia again.
I'm still not planning on getting vaccinated. and I think my wife isn't as interested in it as she was. she's been sick twice this summer with 2 different positive test results. That's basically a 2 dose vaccine right there 😆

Do they really count in the big picture? Has anyone from the ruling party up in DC passed? Might have, but I don’t recall. Must be they get better medical care than the plebs. Especially considering they don‘t seem to follow their own mask or distancing guidelines. Maybe they are just very lucky?

On June 18, I also discussed the basic fact that the delta variant isn't a serious disease at all. It really is a type of a common cold virus, like some other coronaviruses (and other viruses) because it causes a running nose which removes the viruses before they occupy the lungs (where it becomes serious). The running nose also makes it more contagious. In the U.K., they saw the all time peak of Covid in January, with 60,000 positive PCR tests a day (a 7-day average) and over 1,200 Covid deaths a day (also a 7-day average). The July peak saw as many as 47,000 positive PCR tests a day (a 7-day average) which almost matched the January peak but the Covid deaths per day peaked at 91 (7-day average) and (angering some hysterical Coronazis who have contributed their aggressive and completely wrong comments on TRF) I had correctly predicted that they wouldn't go above 100 (the peak was 91; note that 1,600 Britons die without Covid every day).

Some countries like Denmark finally realized that what is left just isn't a serious disease that justifies any extraordinary measures. So Denmark has lifted the face mask duty, even in the public transportation and shops, and will remove absolutely all blanket Covid restrictions from October 1st, the Parliament decided. More than a year later, they join the Swedes; Sweden has below 15,000 deaths and the rate of dying has dropped to nearly zero and this is the final one. The Danish lawmakers' decision occurred despite the fact that the vaccination level isn't very high in Denmark and they don't show clear signals of a decrease of the (small) number of cases. But it is simply obvious that Covid-19 ceased to be a major disease in the hospitals. Note that the rate of dying in Czechia is currently about 10% below the normal and this "deficit of deaths" seems to be increaasing and may continue for a few years!

Point being, politicians are dying too.

This isn’t to take a side one way or another on the issue. But saying “politicians aren’t impacted” is a falsehood that is countered by a simple Google search.

For as visible as they are, politicians make up a minuscule portion of the population. So their impact and affected will also appear tiny.
