What's the range situation? How many shooters can be on the line at once? Start time- end time ?
Is there cover, tables, benches? How about the gathering, eating area, open ground, bring a chair ?
Parking close? How many guns can we bring? Full auto? Yardage? Could there be a swap meet ?

Edit 2: will there be power at the cooking area? I have a tailgater Traeger I can bring.

ok what I can answer:
#1 How many shooters can be on the line at once? do you need a minimum amount or should we figure a right flank number maximum? To know this I'd need to know measurements of individuals I mean if they're all like me or all like chikn ? if like me and we do a right flank line we could possibly do 30. My guess would also be according how many come. I mean we could draw straws and do ranks...lol
#2 Start time end time ? That's easy we'll start when we all get ready to start shooting end time when we say quit thats enough roughly around noon to start and stop once we get tired or owner says thats enough or dark whichever comes first.
#3 Is there cover, tables, benches? Thats easy yes if you bring it. It's in a pasture plenty of grass and possibly rose food if you happen upon any in form of manure. Please bring what you can food ,drinks,whatever relating to the shoot/gathering
#4 Parking close? No more than a hundred yards.
#5 How many guns can we bring? you got a tractor trailer load or, you want to let a lot of people shoot your guns to try them out? Basically I'd say bring what you want unless you know of a law limiting the amount you can bring. I myself will bring some of my favorites but feel free to bring all you want but note we can't guarantee you'll be able to shoot them all.
#6 Full auto?? long as you bring any paperwork in case feds/law drop by I could care less.
#7 Yardage? Near as we can figure it's in 4 to possibly 500 yards range according where we put shooting line.
#8 Could there be a swap meet ? Far as I'm concerned what you do with your stuff is your problem you get caught doing something illegal its you and yours alone responsibility. Hey I'll be bringing ammo so I'd say use your own thoughts just don't let yourself be caught doing ANYTHING ILLEGAL cause it would and should get your tail booted from forum possibly and any further meets least any I'm involved with.

I'm sorry I was trying to answer as truthfully as I could with whats known and anyone who knows me knows I gotta do my silliness but like Matt said when we know more we'l let you know but I think that covered most everything. If you got it bring it food supplies chairs tables shooting benches whatever you want to or can bring it is to have fun and meet our people and most of all be safe.
One side note I know a lot of us enjoy drinking I'm quilty but when there is guns and a lot of shooting involved I myself DO NOT think alcohol should be a part of it in any way shape or form now I'm not sure if all agree a few 2 or 3 friends get together that know one another I see nothing worng with a beer or drink at times nobody getting buzzed period thats me and my place, Matt has say so on that but I'd say on someone elses property it would be no. I hope nobody got offended or butthurt or anything else I was just putting out what I know.

Joe its like I was telling mir 500 is possible according where the line is set. Its a hillside going down into a bowl big heavy planted pines on other side midway up good for shooting

ya know what, I do have a couple inverters. I'll have to check and see if it can handle running 12 hrs to smoke a brisket. I'm sure I'll have to keep the truck runnin.
None for me. Wont be the time nor the place for that.
I can bring 3 extra fold up tables, a few extra chairs. and a 12' and 10' easy up.

according how many come if it is like the last big gathering we had it will be a blast, and best of luck to you on stopping drinking some it can be hard onI think I'll be coming to this. I stopped drinking a few weekends ago and am looking for something to do on the weekends now.

Nice, I have some 1/2" AR500 plates, going to build some holders for them, and get them set up.
I'm thinking for guns:
6.5 Grendel AR
6.5 Creedmoor RPR
Over gunning for the range, but should be fun, I'll bring my CZ Scorpion and Can also.
Is 3/8" inch good to go on AR500 steel for 6.5 Creedmoor?

Yes it's fine past 100 yds
You don't have to worry about normal copper bullets. The 17 calibers will tear it up close, green tips and com-bloc ammo will tear it up.

we might could back you way up on top the hill and let you shoot down to the bottom and up on other side of the pond chikn I'm not sure how far that'd be but if memory serves me right its a pretty good reach

yes anyone coming if you want to bring targets, steel, whatever you wish well maybe not clay I doubt e'd be shooting skeet or trap although it would be fun. Also was talk of food we could do this like a potluck of sorts even though some are talking of bringing meats to cook we could probably do burgers and dogs if wanted. I mean they are cheap

I will start another such thread to update everyone on the particulars.
Not sure if I looked at the same model, website says it needs 120V 300 watts for first hour then 50 watts after that.
Run the truck for the first hour then solar panel to run the inverter after that??
well I know i'll probably bring any excess ammo I might have to see if anyone might wanna buy some would be .45's .380's and probably 5.56 either green tips or fmj. I'm sure I'll still have some left then
