2005 Kioti DK45s- Opinion on price/general opinion from you tractor people please.

Rather than replacing multiple pto shafts, I'd consider a pair of shorter swing arms instead.

Have another question. As I mentioned earlier my brother has a Pats system in his tractor. He found that after installing the Pats system the pto shaft on his older bush hog was not long enough. He picked up a pto adapter today. Is that mainly a problem with older implements? My Land Pride bush hog connected fine on his.
That's usually the only issues. Although it's only 4 inches. So unless the shaft was really short to begin with. It should be a non issue.

If you find somewhere to hook a rubber bungee across the lift arms. It'll hold them together and it'll hook up easier. As a plus. It's a place to lay the pto shaft and help support it while hooking it up.
Installed the Pats Easy Change this evening. I'm liking it.

I actually have mine in the holes for the spreader bar on the pats.

That’s how DIY My Way on YouTube did it. I’ll probably do it that way instead of using the bar that comes with it.

Our family went to Tennessee for my nephews wedding the Thursday before last. Came home last Sunday. Wife starting having a headache and fever last Tuesday. Yep….Covid. I started having symptoms Saturday. Yep…Covid. Oldest son positive yesterday. Since I have to quarantine for 5 days I’ve been spending a lot of time during the day in this nice weather bottom plowing, plowing and land leveling some land I had been bush hogging. It had some divots and holes that would bounce me to death when bush hogging. Great way to quarantine. Alone on a tractor in a field. Loving this tractor more every time I use it.

Have my first issue with the tractor. Fuel leak at the fuel tank. Known problem with these and Kioti has had 3 revisions of the tank. Ordered and picked up the tank. Tried calling five tractor mechanics to see about getting it replaced. One called back and didn’t have time, one ghosted me after the first phone call and three have not called back. I am sure most are busy this time of year. Found the steps to remove and replace on TractorByNet. Says it can be a pain. My brother and I will try to replace it tomorrow.

Got it done. Pain the the butt. Took most of today and a couple of hours yesterday.
