@Lager I GREATLY appreciated you finding this and sharing.
This may not taste like bacon to you people that are lucky enough to eat pork bacon on the regular but to someone that’s not had it in over 7 years it’s pretty darn good and I can’t taste much difference. My wife found me some to make baked beans with and an extra lb to eat for breakfast. I’m looking forward to eggs, bacon and toast in the morning. It fried up just like I remember pork bacon did. Not too salty either.

I consoled myself this weekend with the Homestead Platter breakfast at Eggs Up, just down the street, with all bacon instead of bacon/sausage.
