So I discovered a picture I took at a dyno event down on Independence Bvd in Charlotte back in in 2002 had been snagged and had been used in an internet meme on some Ford vs Chevy Facebook page 15 years later. I took the picture, but wasn't the one who added the text.



Guy wearing the shoes had just unloaded a Chevy Vega with no hood and enough stuff sticking up in front of the windshield he'd have a hard time seeing to drive.

On a side note, and this has nothing to do with car memes, but it's a damn shame Croce died how/when he did...dude was a talented singer/songwriter. I could listen to his stuff all day and never get tired of it.

Croce was our favorite. We had his song “Time in a bottle” sung at our wedding in 1976
