The first one of y'all that brings up Miracle Whip is gettin' deported back up north. It's Dukes!
And, toe-BOGGAN.
And, toe-BOGGAN.
You’ll get pointed in the wrong direction if you asked to buy a toboggan down here then. Haha. Although I don’t drink tea anymore due to health reasons, the only way I can stand to drink it is with sugar in it. When I did drink tea very few people would drink my tea, 2 cups sugar to 1 gallon tea. As far as the cool whip thing, depends on what kind of pudding.
Oh and by the way it’s called a boggan, not a toboggan
The only thing I've taken from this thread is that people don't know the correct sugar mix for sweet tea is 1 cup sugar per 1 quart tea.
Anything less is unsweetened tea.
A tobbagen is a sled, not a hat. Tea is not supoosed to have sugar in it. Cool whip on my pudding.
Hey, what’s wrong with being a Yankee?! [emoji12]
Tea is just a good excuse to drink sugar.I've lived in the south since 1979. I love biscuits, grits, pulled pork, and all manner of southern delicacies but ya'll ruin some tea. If you have to cover up the taste with sugar go back to step one and try again.
We would need another thread for that brother.......
What a silly thing to say. Those are all "pop" don't ya know.Let's not forget....
This is a Coke
So is this
And, so is this
I should start a thread called “stuff all you southerners have no idea you’re missing out on”.
For WI/MN folk, that might start with opening walleye season on the big lakes
Or “going up nort’ to da Cabin in the summer”
Or having a fire on the lake while ice fishing in winter

Heck, I renamed the Suppressors section on ARF to be Silencers...just to cause a ruckus.Reminds me of all the snobs that will only say suppressors. Original patent was for silencers. Either term is correct in this case, but damn, some folks can get their panties in a wad.
Also a hot dog all the way is
Mustard
Chili
Onions
Well,, your down here now
chicken pastry or chicken and dumplings???
You forgot the slaw!
I could be caught be doing that. I like fishin'. I'd really like to tangle with a pike or two.I should start a thread called “stuff all you southerners have no idea you’re missing out on”.

NICE!!!Caught this musky in a canoe on a river trip in northern MN. This tough fella was beat up as to get here he needed to go down 4 major waterfall rapids that we portaged. The entire 45 min fight that included him taking both canoes upstream was done with the bass that had been originally caught sideways in his mouth. That thing was MANGLED when we finally netted this guy.
They guy holding him is 6’5”. Fish was 49”

At least this one did not turn into a cz thread.
Wonder why everyone has fell in love with the CZ over the last year or so. It's the same way on the AKfiles. At least this one did not turn into a cz thread.

They are the recent trendy gun it seems. The cz's are good stuff. If you were new to this board though you would think its sponsered by cz sometimes.Wonder why everyone has fell in love with the CZ over the last year or so. It's the same way on the AKfiles.
Years ago hunters & shooters used clips.
We called them clips because the firearms manufacturers did.
You don't have to believe me just look in a old shooters bible , gun digest or old manufacturers catalog.
The only reason the shooting fraternity stopped calling them clips was so they'd have something to belittle the libtards about.
Mike
I remember those days. Back then you could also get away with calling a revolver a pistol.
