How big are these targets? Can you print them out yourself? What distance do you shoot them at? Thanks

And once printed, the smallest red circles are just over a 1/4” to almost 1/2”. The inner ring is around 3/4” to over 1”.How big are these targets? Can you print them out yourself? What distance do you shoot them at? Thanks
Standard printer paper, download the target at the top of this post, print, shoot enjoy! Fifty yard rimfire challenge. 😀How big are these targets? Can you print them out yourself? What distance do you shoot them at? Thanks
Yesterday was rain and cold but we made an appearance. Paper wasn’t going to work out so me and the boy camped out at @VOD Tactical pistol bay and plucked spent shotgun shells at 30 yards and ran some steel. We even go the 930 tactical out to generate spent shotgun shells.

Nice shooting as always. Wind gotcha a little on those two maybe.
Gonna warn you, it will take 8x. I still haven’t taken the time to load those first targets I shot, but the wind kept the win available for someone.Yeah, those little gusts do catch you at the most inopportune moment(s)! Going to try it again with the .17HMR next time and go for the 8X clean!
Today was the first time with the new optic too... upgraded from a BSA 8x32 to the Sightron 36X. It took a few sighters to get it dialed in, but the fine dot/crosshairs and 1/8MOA are really nice!

Going from 8x to 36x definitely makes a massive difference. I bet that 36x Sightron is nice. I liked the Sightrons I’ve owned a lot. I’ve always wanted to try a fixed mag scope too.
Here is closer look at 6. It’s a toss up.Looks like:
1) 260 and 3 or 4 X’s. (I can’t see the 6 well)
2) 220 and 2 X’s
There are two rings for points, 5 point ring and 10 point ring. Multiply the ring times the number of the bird. Count your center circle hits for your X’s.
I would say that 6 is not an x. What does everyone else think? Here is closer look at 6. It’s a toss up.
It is some great shooting, hope you are having fun!I feel it is not either. It’s a dead duck though!
Hard to really tell. I may have given him the benefit of the doubt, but if the person with it in hand says No, I’m not going to argue.I feel it is not either. It’s a dead duck though!
I like his thinking more. 😂.when i help score a “fun” match
i always say
“ties go to the shooter”
because...who cares
if it is a legit match then what @Smok3y said
that said i wouldn’t care about a legit match either 😂
Isn’t that a Boyds stock? I have a similar one.Today I went to the range and gave it a try. My set up - CZ 455 Varmint Evolution with a Bushnell AR223 4-18x scope, front rest, rear bag, shooting Norma Tac-22. Sighted the rifle in with some loose ammo and shot a 6 round group (top left) and a 10 round group (bottom left) on the Champion target. The bird targets were a lot harder for me to see. These are the best two out of three.View attachment 306817View attachment 306819View attachment 306822View attachment 306823View attachment 306824
It is and it came from factory in it.Isn’t that a Boyds stock? I have a similar one.
I'll take a look.Timfoilhat......... a friend of mine was having a similar situation and was very frustrated. The next time he was at my place we scoped the bore and found a mild case of carbon ring. Once I got that cleaned out he stopped having the problem. Now, whenever he comes over he wants me to look at his chamber.
Today definitely wasn’t as nice as they were calling for. Yesterday wasn’t either. Shot some yesterday, but no good targets. Think it was time for a cleaning, because I had tons of fliers that didn’t make sense with the wind.I went to the range today but didn't shoot. With all the rain we have had our range is a muddy wet mess. Hope it dries up soon! 🦆🐟
Looks like a winner to me!Finally was able to shoot the target today. It was windy and some what cold. Targets were bad. 1 out of four was ok. Will post picture later after I figure out scoring and take pic of target.
So here is the target: Hopefully I scored it correctly. 280 On the 2 point target I am not sure if it is a two or not. I lost my plug. Looked at it with a mag glass and I believe it is. I will let you all decide. The other three targets were put directly in the trash.
Rifle: Anschutz 64sbr
Ammo: Eley target
Glass: T-36
