I spotted these today at a local trailer mfg. plant. I had to turn around and look twice. I think there were 5 of these brand new cargo trailers. It looks like
the alphabet boys are getting ready for something.IMG_2352.JPGIMG_2353.JPGIMG_2354.JPG

I'm not clicking those links, but JB doesn't have a plan. He's too busy hunting his Fix-o-dent.

That's not to say someone somewhere isn't plotting to turn us into a nation of dependents, and using his supposed presidency as a launch pad.

Another drink, please.

Joke all you want. Most of us need to make a decision because it's going to be knocking on our doors soon.

And I say it won't. Nothing has knocked on my door yet, and I predict nothing will.

I don't like the things I'm hearing about our nation's path, but outside of maybe not being able to buy more stuff cheap, I say nothing is going to happen.

Obey and turn in or not.
To my knowledge there are no talks of turn ins, at all.
There’s a proposal on his campaign site about his aspirations to get ARs, “assault weapons” registered akin to NFA items today (read SBRs, suppressors)

Am I missing something?

We have no idea at this moment in time what will happen so can we please stop running around like chicken little screaming the sky is falling. The reality is that the best case scenario for the Dems is that they get to 50 50 in the Senate and Harris is the tie braker. There are enough Dems from Pro Gun areas that 1 defector blocks things at the Senate level. They do not have the votes to ram through legislation. People need to be proactive and make their views known to their reps at the local, state and federal level. Just because Biden put out a position proposal does to get elected does not mean he can actually make it law.

You will have a lot of useless stuff in your home that you spent good money on and cannot enjoy. Sounds like a plan.

He does not have to make it law through the house and senate. Bump stocks are illegal. There was no vote. The president can do whatever he wants. This is no longer a Representative Republic.

Bump stocks are illegal. I'm guessing no one can enjoy one now.

Then you take it to the courts. Trump certainly did not help the gun community on that issue because his admin created the ban. There is a process. The bump stock ban effected such a small number of people it did not register with most gun owners. Going after 15 round mags and AR15s is a totally different issue. We can invoke the slippery slope argument but it is all conjecture until we see what they are actually going to target. Once the make their first move the pro gun community needs to fight it within the system not abandon the system and stick our heads in the ground. None of it has even begun but people are already losing their minds and seeing gun grabbers in vans coming for them.

I do hope you're right.

Perfectly formed FUDD response.

Sadly so far the ban on the bump stocks still stands and they could absolutely try something similar and then we would have to wait years for the courts to strike it down. Keep in mind that if you get convicted during those years that would still stand even if the courts eventually overturned whatever law the conviction was based on.

Be prepared to deal with this at the House and Senate level. That’s the path.
As you wrote, there is an observable past.....there is No path. They All folded before [at least Enough of them did] and This time it will be Much worse. Remember, people do things because they got away with it the last time.

There will be No protective layer in the Legislative Branch. Observable Past.

Perfectly formed FUDD re

I love being called a FUDD first thing in the morning. It smells like victory. LMAO

And if it goes that way what are you going are we to do about it.? I am being 100% serious.

To hell with the courts. Many are chomping at the bits to end the jack booted thugs as they come into the light. Anyone that would attempt to confiscate needs to be afraid to peep out their own windows let alone come outside.

There will not be “door knocking”.

How old are you folks? We went through this in ‘94. There is an observable history of how it goes down.

Though.... if it goes down again, they won’t “grandfather” anything, and won’t leave a legal path to mags over 10 rounds.

Preparing to fight the last war again? That's a proven good strategy.

They could be for the alcohol and tobacco i suppose. im sure the explosives travel in a special truck so it couldnt be for that.

Protect migratory birds with three shell limit? We don't hunt children so no need for any magazine capacity restrictions.

One cop’s view. He’s Chief of Police in a small Ohio village.

My first try will be to add flash hiders to my Carolina Hammers to make them length compliant. If they still persist I will then have to decide if they are worth dying for. If all mag feds are Felonious equipment that will then make hard decisions necessary. I, Me, This Guy right here, is Not going to DIE for the right to keep these guns. neither am I going to run down and turn them in.
If this makes me a FUDD, me of all people, then so be it. I will Not Die for the right to own magazine fed firearms.
I asked the locally famous question on another thread this morning...What will Have To Happen For YOU To Do Something?
This issue is not the field I will DIE on.
I asked recently what would you do with them if they were outlawed. I got not ONE serious answer. Damn boat sinking and crap like that. If you can't even go outside and shoot the things for fear of going to Jail what are you to do. Somebody else asked this also..Pile them up and cover them up in a closet or even dumber, Bury them. To quote the New President...Come On Man...Take thousands of dollars work of things you worked hard for and Bury them???
We better get serious about this...you Do Not Have The 5 Years I predicted left.
2021 will be my, your Our test...you better be making a plan. At this point I am uncertain...............Just certain I will not face a convoy of trucks coming down my driveway with armed LEs to Steal my possessions. That is not this old man's hill to die on.
Typing these keys is easy, try facing a dozen armed men coming to investigate why you are shooting a rifle outside, on YOUR home property. It's COMING.
What will YOU do???????

@BatteryOaksBilly
Watch the video right above your last post. The question is not only “What will you do?” but also, “What will they do?”.

I personally am going to do what I can to preserve the rights we currently have and expand them if possible in the future. This is pretty much what I have always done since I decided to become a gun owner. I am however realistic about the position we find ourselves in. I am also realistic about exactly what I am willing to do about it. I like owning guns. I like shooting guns I am not going to lose everything I have so I can have a AR15 pistol or a 30 round magazine. I will do what I can to fight the passing of more restrictive laws and when we see more concrete specifics as to what the laws have a chance to pass I will weigh my options. If I have to SBR braced pistols or NFA AR15s I will weight the pros and cons of the "real" options I have. I will not waste my time worrying about speculative laws which have not yet been written or proposed. I cannot have a plan if I do not know exactly what is coming. IMHO

I agree with you that this is not the field I am going to die on. I am not going to lose the only life I will ever have over these things. I do not live my entire live through the sights of a gun. They do not define me as a human being. They are something I own and I like to use. They are an expedient and prudent way to protect myself and my family and that is one of their uses for me. People have already called me a FUDD this morning. It does not surprise me. It is not the first time I have been called that on this site and I am sure it will not be the last. In the end I don't really give a crap if people want to use that term to describe me. It simple illustrates that they know nothing about me. IT illustrates that they cannot rational and logically move me from my position so they have to resort to insults. In the end that illustrates the weakness of their position not strength. I assume that FUDD will trend on this site as an insult hurled by many people here wearing out their keyboard. In the end that language is only going to drive a wedge in the gun owning community we cannot afford if we are going to protect the rights we currently have.

I think there will be a lot of activity on the gun control fight in 2021. I am not sure it is going to be significantly different than the past. What I am certain of is that if we continue to eat our own and attack each other we will make it easier for those who are looking to strip us of our rights to do so.

This is why ^^^^^^^^^

I cannot nor will I bear the thought of watching any of this happen to my wife, kids or anyone else I care for and this could happen here just as easily as it did in Germany. The “It’ll never happen here” mindset is dangerous and one that needs to be put away.

I will be the first to admit that I love life and have no desire to die, but I have resigned myself to the fact there are things I am willing to die to protect. What happens after I am gone is something over which I have neither say nor control. What occurs while I am still alive is completely different. If what is occurring in those photos ever happens to my loved ones, I can assure you it means that I am gone.

Technology has progressed and has made it possible to be better equipped to provide for the safety, security and well-being of those you love. That said, technology is not the “be-all, end-all”. If all I have to defend my loved ones is a stick with a whittled point on the end, I will use it to the best of my ability, whether it’s against 1, 10 or 100....but a semi-automatic with a DBM would improve the chances of success.

I’m no Jedi...there’s folks out there a hell
of a lot more capable that I could ever hope to be. What I am, though, is regular guy that has a rock-solid reverence for my duties as a husband and father.

It’s up to each individual to decide what the line is, where it’s at and the “hill”.

The Dark Side is already formalizing a "Political Prisoner" list, Openly at that.

So how is the average Citizen suppose to contend with a completely Weaponized Government?

Look at Gen Flynn's resources, he's not done yet.

Exactly. This is not about guns. It is about what they can and will do after their planned gun laws are past and executed. Guns are just tools.

You had a group of folks steal an election for a pedophile. Watch the videos of him handling children and ask yourself what you would do if that was your child.

Firearms are only part of the issue. If this government will outlaw your property by fiat, do you honestly think they will stop at magazines?

Look at Europe where kitchen knives need to be ground to dull points, self defense is illegal, where there are no-go rape zones filled by muslims, and teachers are beheaded.

It is a tide that will swallow you, and it is covering your ankles. It will be neck deep when it breaches your livelihood, and how much will you have given up by then?

I think if the government makes semi autos illegal and people do nothing when they come to get the semi autos, it will be too late to stand up.

These are very troubling times and I pray for our country.
