Us loosers have a few things figured out that you chaps have not yet grasped. There is going to be a change in the way guns are viewed in this country and if all you get is the right to pay your fee for your favored AR count yourself lucky. Now you can go and make your valiant stand but know this, the vast majority of this country is not going to back you up one bit and if you live through your stand against tyranny and have your day in court you will end up penniless for your efforts and locked behind bars for a very long time. Freedom ain’t cheap.

First, it has nothing to do with keeping weapons out of the hands of mass killers, rather, keeping weapons out of the hands of those intent on safeguarding liberty.
Second, regarding slavery. When weapons are “reclassified” and subjected to mandatory registration/taxes, do you honestly think that is the end game? After the whereabouts of the firearms are known, confiscation will follow.
No means to safeguard liberty? Guess what? You...are...now...a...slave. Period.
They can tell you what to eat, what to drink, what you may or may not read/say/do. They can tax your wealth at whatever rate they wish. Why? Because what the hell are you going to do about it?
Nothing.
Because “reclassification” was no big deal.

No idea, but I believe it safer to assume that a federal madate on the registration of certain weapons/magazines/etc will eventually lead to confiscation.
But hey...you do you and what you believe is best. Everybody will inevitably be faced with that decision.

Any regulation, restriction or prohibition on the RTKBA IS a loss of freedom...ain’t just perception. Whether it is 4473s, purchase permits, stamps, bumpstocks, etc...it chips away at a right.

You, like so many firearm owners, started to say AR owners, have been spoon fed this fear of tyranny to the point that, no, you will never be free no matter if all those rules were banished. Our country, the majority, have had their fill of misuse of firearms and the day is here for action so it’s time to come up with a plan that pleases the country. Do you have a reasonable plan of action that keeps you free, again I say no.

Read that again (in bold)...over and over.
Nothing enumerated in Amendment II provides .gov with the authority to “allow” anything. It does, however, explicitly forbid them from encroaching on the RTKBA.
“Shall not” is pretty clear....means “NO”. That’s terminology my kids were able to understand from an early age.
.Gov understands it, too....they just don’t like it or accept it.
