Same hereI've been a patron for three location moves. I can't think of a time that I left there in a less than stellar mood.
I think Sovereign Guns is the reason Sovereign Guns closed downAdd another one. Been buying from him for 15 years. Still remember the little shack over by the mexican restaurant. Then he moved into my daughter's old dance studio. I'm guessing he's the reason Sovereign Guns closed down as well.
Isn't that the truth!!! Went in there twice, and may presence wasn't even acknowledged either time.I think Sovereign Guns is the reason Sovereign Guns closed down
Even though both are only a few miles from my house, I only went into SG once. I was very "young" in my gun knowledge and looking for a specific gun. FG&G was cheaper, so that was all that mattered. I never stepped foot into their building again. I know some people think FG&G is only concerned about the dollar... but isn't that ANY business? The guys at FG&G are always SUPER helpful, I mean SUPER! Not only that, they're pretty knowledgeable and if the salesman doesn't know the answer, they don't BS you and instead go find someone that does. Their prices are pretty dang good too. Still their prices on pmags are the lowest I've seen, anywhere, discounting that you don't have to pay for shipping. I haven't seen anyone, even running their specials, that have pmags below 9.99. I honestly feel kinda lucky only living a few miles from one of the best gun shops in the state.Isn't that the truth!!! Went in there twice, and may presence wasn't even acknowledged either time.
I used to be allowed behind the counter to look at some of their hard to see stuff from time to time. Shopped there for years knew some employees personally and I still got crap serviceSovereign Guns: a really good example oh how to properly run customers out the door.
I think they finally found that covering their floors with rattlesnakes turned out to be the best way to keep people out. They had ignoring customers, being rude to customers, and pointing guns at them, which worked for most.
But the rattlesnake idea was a stroke of genius, finally allowing them to close up shop for good.
Yep, I remember the little shack.Add another one. Been buying from him for 15 years. Still remember the little shack over by the mexican restaurant. Then he moved into my daughter's old dance studio. I'm guessing he's the reason Sovereign Guns closed down as well.
I literally used Clay's own words from a previous video they posted.Price gouging isn't possible on gunbroker. It just isn't.
Online gun and ammo purchases are hobby/frivolous/luxury purchases and can't in any way be considered necessities in terms of being eligible for labeling "price gouging". Guns are like celebrity-endorsement sneakers. You pay what someone asks, or you don't buy them.
As much as some pretend that guns and ammo are necessities, they are not.
Except maybe in some parts of Chicago, but I imagine those buyers aren't using gunbroker.
