Well finally, got a double charge of Bullseye in one of my 45s and BOOM. The guy in stall next to me came over as he thought i was shooting a 50 cal. Then he said, " you are bleeding man". parts were all over the floor.
A piece of case blew out and hit me on lower right corner of lip, which caused tooth to cut inside. could not stop the bleeding so off to ER I went for 4 stitches ( 2 inside, 2 out).
Wife made me sell all reloading stuff.
unloaded 700 questionable rounds. i believe it happened messing with range brass, where a few were small primer which messed up my process and i cycled twice with one in powder stage of dillon.
all healed now and still shooting my older reloads.
pictures tell it all. Slide shows no damage, Moral of story....Be Careful Out There.
Guys at Point Blank Range in Matthews were Great. Tried to stop bleeding but hospital was a Block away.
