It's hard to make sense out of anything he said, he kept changing the story to make what he was saying sound legal.

If I was a LEO, and pulled over a car that had an invalid NC plate and a driver with an out of state licence plus a concealed weapon on top of a bad attitude you damn right I 'm calling other officers to the scene as back up.
So did this guy just move here like he originally stated or just coming to check on his rental property? And if he just has a rental property then why does he need a NC vehicle plate if his permanent address is in another state?

If he is active military some of this might make sense but he left so now we'll never know.
