The good news is that you can get nearly all your money back if you decide to sell a Dillon later. If you load on a 550 for a year or two, you will know whether the 750 is worth it, but it doesn’t sound like it. Something else I don’t see mentioned much is that the 750 case feeder makes it much bulkier and also noisy while you load.
If you want to speed up loading on a 550 the Double Alpha Primer pro will load a primer tube for you while you are running the press. Having primers always ready to load into the press is awesome, and only a $200 upgrade. That might be as much or more time savings as the case feeder. Plus, loading 100 primers in a tube 1 at a time is tedious and annoying. Definitely not the fun part of loading.
