Registration for the 2017 SC State USPSA Championship opens Wednesday, January 4th at 5 PM. https://practiscore.com/2017-sc-state-uspsa-champi…/register
The match will be held March 30, 2017 & April 1, 2017 at Mid Carolina Rifle Club near Columbia SC.

The match will recognize all 6 handgun divisions plus PCC, provided the division registration numbers meet minimum requirements for a Level 2 competition. We plan 9 stages plus chrono. This is a One Day match – shoot either Friday or Saturday. Awards will be cash payback based on placement by division & class as well as random drawings for donated prizes. Entry fee is $130 & Juniors shoot free with an adult guardian who paid full price. It is your choice to pay fees online via credit or debit cards, or mail a check. Self squadding for Saturday shooters opens in mid February. No self squadding for Friday competitors

Optional match shirts may be ordered for $15 (Sm-2XL) or $18 (3XL-4XL). Shirts are cotton-poly blend T-shirts that will be custom designed for the match. As always, we are in need of CRO’s, RO’s and staff to help with the match. Staff must complete the application. Staff shoots Friday (free) and gets a free match shirt. Contact [email protected] for Registration questions.

I wonder why no self squadding for Friday shooters?

No idea.

I'm loving the junior shoots free with paid adult though.

In case you were wondering -

From Linda Chico - Questions already - "Why can't I squad as soon as I pay my fees?"

The delayed squadding is intended to make it easier to squad with your friends. Because we offer 2 methods to pay (online or by check), the squad you want to join may fill up with those who pay online while your check is en route. You will have time to contact your friends who are shooting the match before you self-squad.

I registered but couldn't figure out how to pay. I guess I'll send a check.

They sent me a second email, hour or so after i registered.

Don't think I'm shoot it... it's the freakin weekend after nationals. I'm banking on being kinda burned out.

When did you become a little girl?

LOL I couldn't imagine shooting them back to back.

We are shooting Saturday.

Do you know which squad you will go to? I got my notification to pay (which I did) this morning and I was able to squad immediately thereafter but at this point, no one has squadded. You can pay online now.

Right you are Sir! Once you pay, Practiscore just shows the squadding page but won't actually allow once to squad.

I'm sure those that are registered have seen Linda's email. I sent in for my squading this morning. She already replied at said it was all set.

Did you put my name in on your squad?

Where y'all not allowed to self squad?

You can self squad starting the 21st. If you send her an email with who you need to squad with (traveling with, kids etc) She will take care of it for you.

I'll find a spot on one of the Saturday squads once self-squadding opens on Feb. 21st. I figure why risk looking bad in front of people that you know, when you can risk looking bad in front of a whole new group of people who would not know that you can shoot better? ;)

Wolf, if you guys figure out what squad you are, let me know. Y'all are pretty fun to shoot with. I like watching the young ones make me look bad.
