Shooting at Concord Mills

IMHO.... we need to determine WHAT is drawing thugs to this area and take preventive measures. Sounds to me as if it could be D&B and if that's the case their lease has to expire at some point, same with the movie theater. I realize that they may be the 2 largest tenants but if ownership doesn't do something the whole damned place will wind up like Eastland Mall, a giant vacant lot.

I had/have a commercial property in Ft. Laud with similar issues, cancelled a few leases and changed the complexion of the customers and it is currently flourishing and is on the market for sale. The value has increased and thug life moved about 2 miles down the road and is someone else's problem...
 
No surprises here except for the age of the victim who looks to be an innocent 13-year old girl. However, another one of her relatives was shot earlier the same day in Concord.

Anyone who's ever been to Dave And Buster's arcade on the weekend there will tell you what the main issues are, and it's not gangs.

They showed a video of the suspect tonight on WBTV. Tall, lanky thug that was dancing around looking like he was pleased with himself . I would have no problem placing a well aimed 9mm through his brainless head and sleep well after doing it! The person he killed was a teen girl. If it was my daughter, I’d still be out there hunting his ass.
 
Amazon approves this mall violence.

I saw a number of mall fight videos this holiday season, and it occurred to me that this is good for Amazon. In addition to crowds and parking, the potential to get caught up in violence is just another reason to shop online.
