There’s a store in edgecombe county, Taylor’s store, at the intersection of 258 and 42 and they make their own hot sauce. It’s not real hot but it it is real delicious. People get it on biscuits, burgers, fries, etc.

That Valentina is great stuff from Walmart. The Pancho Villas in WS carries it. Has a great taste, and is only like $1.50 at the Walmart.

I’m usually a Texas Pete man for recipes. But tobassco has this new chipotle version that is just....just.....dang it is delicious.

I make a wing sauce using the Tabasco Chipotle. That flavor with some garlic and a few other goodies makes a very flavorabld wing sauce that won't melt your face.

Tabasco for Bloody Marys, seafood and soups. Texas Pete for most everything else. Nando’s Peri Peri (available Whole Foods or mail order) for chicken (great as a marinade too)

I go to the Berry Patch at the farmers market. They always have to weirdly named hot sauces.
Best hot BBQ sauce ice acquired there is called Devil's Spit. It is actually hot.

If that's anything like an authentic African piri piri sauce, I need to check that out. Only 2 good things on that continent are Lebanese food & piri piri sauce.

Between Tabasco & Texas Pete? Texas Pete all day long, tho the Tabasco chipotle is pretty damned tasty.
