What have you recently purchased that is firearms related?

Not really a purchase, but picked up a bunch of Lake City 5.56 brass at PHA yesterday at the tac bays. There was also a fellow shooting at the 200 range with me, saw me picking up my brass, picked up all of his (around 250 cases), brought all of them over to me and said, “Here…you can have these, too”…all Lake City brass. All in all, not including what I shot, I left with close to 600 cases…good haul.

Yeah….dude was nice enough to pick it all up and bring it to me, so I flipped him a 20.

Got one of those puppies years ago and they’re incredibly accurate. Make me look way better than I can shoot 🤣🤣🤣

Optics Planet actually delivered this time, no delays. I guess they are capable of processing an order in a normal fashion!

Mounted in an ADM 34mm on my DMR’ish rifle. Can’t wait to get it zeroed.

Had a chance to take it for some range time last week. No issues, at all. Not as smooth as a Single Six, but that’s to be expected, as the Wrangler isn’t “spit and polished” like the Single Six. As far as the adjustable sights, I coukd find no discernable difference between those on the Wrangler and those found on the Single Six.

I may get around to slicking it up a bit, but with only the modification I did to the trigger spring, it was 100% better than it was when I took it outta the box.
 
Snagged this, like new, for $100 on fb this weekend.

Ive been looking for a very basic 2-5 gun cabinet/safe for a few months. This will be perfect for my needs, 2 long guns and a couple pistols. Yes, it’s secured to the wall and floor, just in case.

Last year at Blue Collar Reloading $34.95. Friday same location cost $56.50 plus taxes.
Anybody know if the business has changed hands, or is this just more FJB Inflation?
They have quite a selection of scopes and other goodies compared to a year ago. Primers are well-stocked, but mostly priced above $100 per thousand. Seems like last year they were less than $100.
I got the impression that while the types of inventory has grown, as has the amount of inventory, the price to support the new and improved inventory has caused them to increase retail prices.

They did change owners, but I’m not sure when that happened, I think it was more than a year ago. Prices from manufacturers have gone up recently, so I know that has had some effect.
 
an aero upper i absolutely don't need. m4 style but 16" midlength gas with a front sight post pinned in place.
I have a free float midlength aero/BA i built and it is sweet. I assume this will be better but with irons

oh, and a swampfox blade 1x prism

looks like i'll be building out another lower soon.
