What have you recently purchased that is firearms related?

I turn off the camera so my wife never sees the boxes on the porch. Car parts 😏
Unfortunately I can't do any of that.
She has her own login...she has all the accounts on "lock down " after we had several fraudulent charges,
Anyway she buys what she wants and I buy what I want...both within reason, bills get paid, pups get taken care of ..all that matters

Besides she got a Sig-365 / S.A. Hellcat for her birthday and valentines. Plus a Rem 581
But gotta keep an eye on my Sig 250 compact (9) she b starting to like it also.

Getting a job at a gun shop might be the worst financial decision I've ever made. 🤣

We got in a couple MPX Copperhead K's. I'm a sucker for sub guns, so one followed me home.

Also ordered a 3 lug muzzle device, a brace, and some mags. If suppressors ever becomes available again, I'll get one coming for this as well.

That really looks interesting. Please let us know what it's like after you've had a chance to get out with it.

A small stack of Mec-Gar 9mm 1911 magazines in the 9 and 10 round varieties.

Mec-Gar is the real MVP of handgun magazines. I thank the machine spirits everyday those based Italians offering OEM magazines at Big Lots pricing.

Great analysis, Mec Gar's are one of my goto mags, they make a 14rd mag for the RIA BBR 3.10 45acp that works with no mods.

I won this hideously painted (with a brush, maybe?) Pride of Spain side by side 12 gauge for cheap, and it should get to my FFL today.

I want to use this for sporting clays, so I will be stripping the paint to see what the condition is underneath, and then I will refurbish the gun in some way or another. Maybe polish it up and refinish the wood? Or maybe blueing the metal? Ceracoat? We shall see…

Yes!! Mec-Gar mags have worked well in everything I have tried, including a Auto Ordnance 1911A1 that is real picky.

I have a SAR K2-45 that I can't find genuine mags for. Mec-Gar made the factory mags, but for some reason I have not been able to find them for sale. The mags for the RIA 14 round double-stack will fit (also made by Mec-Gar I believe) but I have to modify the follower to get the bolt-hold-open to work.

I picked up one of the PSA sabre mag wells to try on one of my dagger builds. Seems pretty nice, or at least it does what it is supposed to do. Factory glock mags fit perfectly but my shield arms extended mags needed just a touch of grinding on the retaining pin to fit, nothing a quick touch of the dremel couldn't fix.

interesting I haven't seen that before what did it cost. I just got some CCI varmint in 22 mag
I don't remember exactly but it was somewhere between $20-22 if I recall correctly. Got it at the Academy in Gastonia.

At first I wasn't gonna pick it up but it had ballistic data on the box for both rifles and pistols (pistol barrel length specified at 1 7/8"). I pocket carry a NAA black widow when I don't feel like carrying anything else and figured a little 45 grain bullet at ~1000fps at the muzzle sounded perfectly respectable so I snagged a box.

Pretty happy with the PSA Sabre magwell i posed a few days ago, but they only have them for the full size. Picked up one of the Grit Grip compact magwells, and pretty happy with it on first impressions as well. The design is a touch different, but if I didn't know any better, psa is having theirs made for them by Grit Grips.

IMG_0398.jpegIMG_0397.jpegIMG_0396.jpegIMG_0401.jpegIMG_0399.jpegRemington 03A3 and Smith-Corona 03A3. Received my headspace gauges today. Both checked out cut near minimum clearance, so I hope to group-test them soon, if I can miss the rain. Both received in trade with forum members. Thanks fellas!
