Some don’t like it but late 80s and early 90s were the best of times.
But then I listen to anything from country to rap. Metal and blue grass and island music. Just don’t really listen to the radio really.

The Easter Proclamation (Exsultet):

O wonder of your humble care for us!
O love, O charity beyond all telling,
to ransom a slave you gave away your Son!

Just finished reading Chuck Negron's book, Three Dog Nightmare so naturally I am listening to one of their anthology's

God song about having a kid from an awesome late 90s/early 00s Christian hardcore band. Dang I miss these dudes

"I had a dream last night. The best I've ever dreamed
And when I woke I realized it was better than it seemed
Skin like velvet eyes of blue. My fears and dreams collided and came true

One life born and two lives changed
Life as I once knew it will never be the same
What makes me worth it I'll never know
But I'll take the time to watch this flower grow

Build this foundation to fortify my soul. Allow me to grow.
I wouldn't trade our sleepless nights. And I wouldn't trade our endless days
For the ransom of a king. And I won't waste our time away
I won't let it slip away! Slip away! Dreams away"

sticking with the early 00's HC theme...

COMEBACK KID

They played with Terror at Aces Basement. How they decided to host hardcore shows at a crack motel I’ll never know.

Edit
Check out this website of shows that played there. Some bands I haven’t thought about in 10years or more.

If you are a Foreigner fan, their last full new album is pretty good. The lead singer is the closest they have come in tone and range to Lou Gramm.
