Tonight Chicken rollers stuffed with Arugula, Feta cheese, and tomato. Homemade potato salad, and Broccoli and pepper salad.
if you're going to use an unknown term like chicken rollers, pics are a must. that does sound good though.
Over the weekend we had a smoked/roasted pork loin drizzled with blood orange olive oil and dark chocolate balsamic vinegar, roasted corn on the cob, shrimp brushed with Italian dressing, backed sweet potato, and grilled asparagus with sea salt and olive oil.
I've been living off leftovers for two weeks! Had a house full of people a last weekend and it was my duty to eat as much as I could of what we didn't finish.Let's reverse this tonight...what sounds good for dinner? I'm bach-ing it this week and need some ideas.

Slaw, cantaloupe, smoke beef brisket turned into a couple different dishes, homemade hot Italian sausage & marinara, baked beans, etc.
So... my advice is fire up the grill tomorrow, cook up several meats & what nots, then you can feed off 'em on short notice rest of the week.
Oh, that's right--TDY. Hmm...Grilling is a good idea, but I'll be in New Bern all week and cant take my grill or smoker with me.
I wish I'd smoked a brisket today...
