where to get a "battle belt"?

I found a 2" web belt at Home Depot for $5, it's a replacement "tool belt" belt. It makes the rig ride much nicer than the 1.5" belt and looks to be the same webbing and plastic buckle as many of the 'tactical' belts, but obviously not tactical. Although it is black, so maybe.
But does it have a place to hang a sawzall bayonet?

Can't have everything for $5.

Ran some timed drills out at the range today, the retention holster did slow me down 15% on the 'draw and 1 shot' drill, but considering I have less than 100 draws from it that's not too bad.

Reloads... yea, going to take some time to get used to the funky pouch location and how little of the mag is exposed when it's in the pouch. The difference between a 'game' rig and a 'fighting' rig are pronounced and totally understandable.

If you can't speed up your draw with practice look into a passive retention holster like the T. Rex Ragnarok or a Raven Phantom.

I'm not a fan of the Taco mag pouches. They're good quality, but if you're looking for speed that bungee cord just gets in the way. Take a look at the Esstac KYWI or ITW FastMag pouches. Way faster draw with these. Also, if you're not wearing body armor it's better to get separate pistol & rifle mag pouches & not doublestack them. If you are wearing body armor doublestacking them helps because it holds them further away from your body clearing the added bulk of the armor.

Good news!
Last match I shot with you, you were moving a bit too fast, and shooting a bit too accurately, imo.

Slowing down will help.
