Oh I see, yeah I bit the bullet and bought all the tools I thought I would need to start building my own earlier this year. Had another forum help me get the brands and tools that really work and not just the ones with good advertising.
This will be my first upper but with the Noveske kit it pretty easy to assemble.
Lowers I do at the the kitchen table and it takes me about 30 minutes to complete a stripped lower.
I've done a few lowers, I just don't have the vise for the uppers and blocks right now.
I seen your posts on ARF . LRRP has a great amount of information out there for the 6.5g.
Next year I plan on doing a light weight build 18 or 16 inch barrel.
Specs for the one being shipped:
Spikes Upper
TBox 20" Barrel
JP BCG
Seekins SP3R
Adjustable Gas block, Rifle length gas
SWFA SS 10x scope
Lower:
Windham Bushmaster
Larue MBT 2Stage trigger
I need to get a PRS stock at some point, but I've burned up my funds for this year on guns pretty much.
