Average ammo prices for past 6 weeks seem to be going down

Just saw 20-gauge #3 buck shot: $12.50 for 5 shells (but gone in a few hours). 357 magnum (admittedly FTX and JHPs) for $55 for a 25-round box. Meh.

I have noticed midway has consistently had .223 and 5.56 in stock. Its not cheap but their inventory seams to be increasing. And some of it at .80cpr has stayed in stock.

Hopefully we have moved over the peak.

what, no tables? no line fitting?
also... people were paying 40c per for 22lr?
that's the stuff i was burning through fastest because i didn't want to shoot 9mm at $1 per

Depends on how it is looking at the time. Hopefully I do better at ammo prices than at forecasting stock prices.

I have a couple of cases of 9mm that I bought for $7.99 to $9.99 per 50-round box, or 16 to 20 cents per round. And not junk stuff, either Doubt I'll ever see those prices again, but I'd sure like to see $12-$15 a box, not twice that much.

We'll never see those prices again simply because of inflation and most likely hyper inflation. We're up to 10-15% across the board from this time last year.

Great trend data!

Ive noticed that ammo is much easier to find online, almost all major sites have some of each caliber in stock. I also saw some coupons recently, which is a good sign that they’re having difficulty moving the inventory.
