Back to square one. After they delivered, and took back, a dinged dishwasher one week ago I've been trying valiantly to get someone on the phone to figure out what was going to happen next. Everyone has been very courteous WHEN I could get them on the phone, but no one could tell me anything till today. Communications have been a real failing in this deal.
Finally gave up and canceled the order.
Still have to get customer service on the phone to process the refund, or just drive two towns over to do it in person.
There has got to be an easier way to buy appliances.
