That describes the Blue Ridge rides I used to do for 25 years. Leave the wristwatch at home. Wonder where this road goes?
Old lady will yell out "where are you going"
Me "I'll know when we get there"

He isn't...If he is @ the camp out this weekend I'll chat him up about the cop seat.Google says it’s temporarily closed. I always hate to hear that about a small business. I was one once upon a time.
Lots of them heading that way from as far away as Florida and probably farther. That would be a 360 mile round trip for me. On a Kick only, HardTail ShovelHead, I wouldn't be able to walk right for 2 weeks.
I appreciate it. I did 100 miles on it today, and it is improved. I think it’s probably as good as it’s going to get. I am however, looking forward to how the Glide seat does once MCC finishes with it.He isn't...If he is @ the camp out this weekend I'll chat him up about the cop seat.
He does alot of seats with the gel from saddlemen....the chopper seat he did for the giveaway bike this weekend has it.I appreciate it. I did 100 miles on it today, and it is improved. I always have a small towel I toss over it when parked on hot days...After reading owner/rider reviews on the gel in Saddlemen seats, I got kind of spooked last year. That gel cooks in the sun when the bike is parked and doesn’t cool off very easily.
Well...I reckon you could say he's getting better?View attachment 774843
I was the third motorcycle parked this morning. So, plenty more concrete to use for everyone else. Just my novice observation but it seems to me the import guys like rubbin' elbows...

Mike tells you right,, the gell absorbs heat like crazy and will roast your cookies for a really long time and I mean like really painfull long time. I perfer the Alaskan sheepskin seat covers for comfort and to help make up for a badly fitting seat. Cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. After reading owner/rider reviews on the gel in Saddlemen seats, I got kind of spooked last year. Dang, that new Gold Wing is not bad. If I were looking for a big tourer, I'd consider it. But damn, I'd hate to ride a bike that I'd need to find a football team to pick it up if I dropped it
We were looking at one pretty seriously until @fieldgrade entered the scene......Dang, that new Gold Wing is not bad. If I were looking for a big tourer, I'd consider it. But damn, I'd hate to ride a bike that I'd need to find a football team to pick it up if I dropped it
Heck, I was looking at them too (again) after you bought the Road Pig, but I called Sanford Honda on your recommendation and had a long talk with that guy you recommended. We were looking at one pretty seriously until @fieldgrade entered the scene......

He’s been selling Wings forever for that dealership. But he’s a big ole boy, and guess what he’s been riding all these years.
Can I sleep in your garage? Having bought March 1st...wife be on my ass lol
My best friend bought a new Honda CB 750 when we were in high school and couldn’t take it home for months. Afraid of what his dad would say. Kept it at a friend's house. Can I sleep in your garage? Having bought March 1st...wife be on my ass lol

Did Dale end up with that bike around winter of ‘74-75? I thought he acquired a, I want to say, ‘55 pan that winter.I did that with a 1954 Panhead, you know the friend, Dale C.

Is that for real?
That came from a Harley forum I inhabit. We’re too stupid to photo shop something like that.Is that for real?
They obviously do not know the supermoto rider.
