Is that the unsolved mysteries guy?Does anyone use a shoulder holster for EDC still or have they gone out of style along with fedoras, unfiltered cigarettes and day drinking?

YesIs that the unsolved mysteries guy?
Out of how many?I sell 5-6 a year.
I have some of the Kenai chest rigs, 1911, G19, and Ruger Blackhawk. Super easy for hiking and hunting.I use a chest holster from @RR . My set up is not for edc it would not hide very well and would be very hard to draw from concealment but it’s comfortable and perfect for hunting and other outdoor activities. View attachment 597823

That's Robert Stack from his Untouchables days as Eliot Ness. I remember watching. Is that the unsolved mysteries guy?
I thought it was a bit creepy as well but these days anything goes…Honestly, I can't get past the fact that you have a mannequin.
Many different 'cant' options including almost horizontal under armpit. Some folks call this out as a defect as you cant draw without sweeping something. But for big heavy guns it is more stable and secure with the belt loop connection option. Mine fits a P239,much smaller package.I'm really surprised at how low they hang. Might as well be on your belt.
Folks who call this out have never used one. Take a half step forward into a “fighting stance”; you just changed the angle. You pull straight into your chest and present, just like any other draw. It’s almost exactly like a cross draw presentation. Tight elbows, gentlemen, tight elbows. Many different 'cant' options including almost horizontal under armpit.
