3-1-1...................it'll Never disappoint...............This recipe will keep The Man Killer Coley Metts alive as long as somebody remembers the story.

I use butter and I add salt. Didn't know what my biscuits were missing until I added a pinch of salt.

Havent tried that yet. I used buttermilk on top. Saw that in a youtube video. Somebody recorded mawmaw making biscuits like she done for 30 years… priceless stuff.

You can make biscuits like Hardee's or Bojangles if you soak the tops in butter. You just can't be stingy with it

The rule for buttering Hardees biscuits is to dip 3" pastry brush in liquid margarine and the brush the tops of 3 biscuits. Dip once and brush three.
