What's for dinner?

My wife made steak. She's pretty good at it too.

I ate about 17 ounces of beef and 2 cans of green beans. Still hungry, so I topped it off with some cool whip and a scoop of peanut butter. Still thinking about a bag of corn.

I love that Weber Kickin Chickin. I ordered the 22 oz from Amazon.
 
Tonight, Cauliflower baked with Caramelized Onions, Garlic, and olive oil. Then mixed with Whole Wheat Pasta. Romano Cheese of course.

I've never had it but I'm going to have my wife keep an eye out for it. It looks like something we would like since we eat a lot of cauliflower.
 
Did some amateur plumbing work this morning. I replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one. I hate plumbing work but I made it through this without any leaks.

So, it's been a late lunch for us. I put some chicken legs on and some of the cheap Aldi brats*. I put the brats in a pan with some beer and onions. After the legs came off, I took the brats out and put them on the grill and browned them up.

*The Aldi brats are awesome. 12 for $4.69 and as good as any I've ever had. They were frozen and I fixed 6 and put the other six in the freezer to enjoy at a later date.

Today was use a gift card day. We had lunch today at the Cheesecake Factory at South Park Mall with a gift card . Then we went to Crate & Barrel and use a gift card my wife had been given. I really hate going to Malls but since the day was almost free off we went. So tonight we are going to have a quick meal of Burgers on the grill, Fries, Bushes beans, since I'm still stuffed from lunch. :)

I had leftover pork loin end chops AND leftover chili, and couldn't decide. So I had both! Ever smothered a seasoned pork chop with chili and had some zucchini and broccoli to boot?

It doesn't suck - so much so that I forgot to take pics.

That there gentlemen, is a couple pickled pig feet! Like pickled eggs and pickled sausage, they go great with your favorite beer!
