But, isn't this how it's supposed to work? Representatives representing the people? We're the back stop if that fails.I appreciate the "industry"... But, this shouldn't be about "politicians pushing back for the industry". It should be "Americans pushing back for the republic! "
Defund the ATF!
Regrouping, I'm sure!
Here's all you need to know about ATF and all their brethren in the Gun Control Movement:Am i mistaken - im not reading it to mean theyve changed their mind just that the notice has been withdrawn from further review and comments?
But, at least we'll have them to fight with. Actually, if it comes down to that, the braces will come off.Do not celebrate to early ... the ATF might not do it themselves BUT the Slo Joe & The Ho will be sworn in to office in less than a month ... then braces may very will be the least of our worries.
IF it ever came down to something like “that” trust me they would not need to worry about a braced pistol or even an evil black rifle with a “high capacity clip” ... just like your avatar surgical accuracy at distance will be my personal choice and I use to be damn good so even rusty I’d be a real thorn. But, at least we'll have them to fight with. And yes...Rouzer from NC was on there!

Jamin Mccallum said:There has been a massive industry and political push back behind the scenes. A lot of the details can’t be revealed, but someone and some really important politicians looked out for the industry. A lot of work is gone into this. There is still more to this fight, but our industry owes a debt of gratitude. I haven’t been this happy since the assault weapons ban lapsed. We are done being on defense and are now on offense.
Thanks,
Jamin
16 is good, 15.9 is prison.I actually wanted the free SBR but we really need to get "short barreled rifles" off of the NFA. 16 inch barrel is good but 10 inch barrel on same gun is 18 years in jail...stupid!!

Or your wife gets shot. Oh, wait, that was a shotgun.16 is good, 15.9 is prison.

Defund the ATF!
Estimated 4.5million pistol braces sold! Yes, common arm and maybe just remove NFA. DoD even issues the standard service rifle now has a 14.5" bbl in the M4 Carbine. US vs Miller 1939 ruled the sawed off shotgun had no militia use at the time. So SBRs, SBS (Rem 870 MCS) and full auto weapons now standard in DoD.Dear Representative Budd,
I would just like to thank you for your support and signature on congressman Richard Hudson's letter to attorney general Barr and the current head of the ATF regarding that agency's recent attempt to turn potentially hundreds of thousands of law abiding gun owners into felons overnight.
Our constitutional rights are always being eroded by attempted legislation, and in the case of the ATF, the apparent power to make laws outside of the established process for doing so.
Your support is appreciated on what is likely the eve of four years of sustained assaults against basic human rights.
It is my hope you continue to stand against blatant tyranny, fighting against dangerous policies such as red flag laws, and unconstitutional executive orders.
Even more so , it is my hope, along with that of a majority of fellow gun owners and Americans that rather than be reactionary, we become proactive in securing basic human rights for our children and future generations of Americans.
To that end, it is my hope that the momentum we seem to have at this moment be used to further marginalize the ATF's unconstitutional power by revoking the National Firearms Act and removing that agency's ability to seemingly write laws with little to no oversight or accountability.
I've already taken a few civics classes, and I did quite well in them. Now you've got me wondering what I wrote in that one post that would lead you to believe that I haven't had any civics classes. For gods sake, Go take a civics class.
For you all who acted, THANK YOU.
For all you bench warmers, go enjoy your FUDD status for not supporting the constitution of this great land. You, not the ATF is the problem.
Marry Christmas
From my perspective, we just seen the American system in action.I've already taken a few civics classes, and I did quite well in them. Now you've got me wondering what I wrote in that one post that would lead you to believe that I haven't had any civics classes.
MERRY Christmas...
Yep. Some of "the people" and some of "the politicians" stood up to the ATF. That's wonderful. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. And, it worked quickly, which is even more amazing.Form my perspective, we just seen the American system in action.
The people spoke to the .gov on two fronts.
1. Publicly by posting comments
2. Engagement of elected officials
Both fronts forced a government agency to stop it's actions.
That's a ATF doing what it's supposed to do. Not a big evil thing.
The big evil thing is bench warming americans "yes a little "a" for them" who complained, posted, poked the interwebs, or talked trash at the gun range lobby and did no action.
To me, these people are the real threat to our country.
One last point, these bench warmers are the same people who talk mad junk about the second "civil war", but don't have the bravery to post in a public setting against a government agency. But I am to believe them to fight? Yeah ok. Lol
Marry Christmas 🎄
15.9 and 16 would both be prison if it was a shotgun.Or your wife gets shot. Oh, wait, that was a shotgun.
But, in my opinion, the politicians need to be working to protect the Constitution, not "the industry". Of course, in this instance they did both. I just wish that there was more of an emphasis on saving the rights of Americans instead of saving a few businesses that make gun parts for profit.
