What's for dinner?

Fried some pork chops in a thin layer of oil in the cast iron. Just enough to make it crisp but not enough to really call them fried. Corn and some Liquid Gold( in my crazy western pioneer voice). Washed that down with some crown black and diet dew.

No Romano and there wasn't a bit of Parmesan in the house. Had to eat it cheeseless.

Cooked ranch sriracha chicken breast on the grill, green beans in chicken stock with bacon and garlic, and I tried another of the @Geezer cobblers on the grill. Turned out better than my first! Lol used canned mixed fruit as that's all I had. I need a bigger grill! :)

I tried making chili. Never been a fan of starchy beans so I left out the beans. Turned out pretty good. Mixed some cheese in with my bowl and scooped it up with tortilla chips

Tonight, Baked Pecan coated Cod for me, Pecan coated Tilapia for my wife, Macaroni & Cheese, and Asparagus.

Tonight our usual Chicken rollers stuffed with Arugula, Feta cheese, and tomato. Homemade Macaroni & Cheese, and Broccoli & Pepper salad.

I didn't have any meat thawed so I cooked one of those skillet frozen meals. Beef lo main. Not bad IMO for a quick meal. Had some taters with cheese, bacon and ranch on the side. Have some chicken wings layed out for tonight :)

Tonight was something quick and easy as time got away from us. Polish Sausage with Sauerkraut, tater tots, cornbread, and sweet tea. :)
I had sauerkraut and smoked sausage with cornbread on Sunday and had the leftovers at work on Monday. The wife can't stand it but I love it.
