Good to see plenty of wheelgun lust in this thread!
Almost everybody can appreciate rare antiques!I too am guilty of shooting these ugly things I tote around everyday BUT I notice when the safes are open most hands go to the wheel guns first.
Some of us are close to the point that our maker is needing his dirt back. We can appreciate those rare antiques.Almost everybody can appreciate rare antiques!
That's what I was thinking when this thread started.A serious handgunner must own...a...handgun.
Get one. Don't care what, just get one. Gotta start somewhere...you can add more later.

I've got a serious jonez for single action revolvers. I've got some pretty nice bottom-feeders, but am a wheelgun guy at heart. I'd gladly give a testicle for a Freedom Arms .41Mag model 83 Premier Grade with 10" barrel.
Toyed with the idea, off & on, of a .475 Linebaugh BFR with 7.5" barrel. Not looking for an elephant stopper, thinking more of a ".475LC" kinda vibe & lobbing 400gr boolitz at 900fps.
