Mandalorian Season 2 Thread ***Spoilers May Be Inside!

Disney’s got us all by the entertainment balls. As long as they keep people like Favreau and Filoni in leadership positions of their projects, I’d say their $4B investment of George’s empire will produce the dividends they were hoping for.

Well, Ahsoka survived Order 66, and I bet Mace Windu did, too. So he's got that going for him.

There's also a strong chance that we'll learn the sequel trilogy is an alternate universe or just get reset, a-la the "Veil of the Force."

Dumb. If the movie was made, they need to work with or around it. A good writer/director can do so without making crap up.

maybe they can just edit grogu into the rereleases of the newer movies...
 
Binged the 2 season this weekend. only thing I did not like, the dark troopers.... just felt like a easy way out in the story.
‘The tatters of the Empire hell bent on finding the kid for experiments, then we find it was all for nothing because we have evil Ironman robots in reserve.

aaaaaannnd they move liike big clunky rockem sockem robots. They have prosthetic limbs that have the dexterity of human movement, it just seems like that far in the future they have better moving robots.

but I loved every other bit of it.

On the bright side, we know the dark troopers end up being a nothing burger since they do not make any appearances in the Ren and Stimpy trilogy.

I know that if I was a regular Storm Trooper, I'd be pissed that these dark troppers were made with armor that was blaster proof while I was given plastic armor that could be busted by Bobas staff. You'd think that in 20 years they could have upgraded the armor. It must have been mil surp they got for cheap.

The insignia on the helmet of the HK87 Assassin droid is the Insignia of the Seveth Fleet which was lead by Grand Admerial Thrawn. I am not sure he will show up in the Mandalorian but I am 100% sure he will show up in Ahoska.

Young Boba Fett was in a number of episodes of the Clone Wars Animated Series. Suffice it to say that he was not the nicest of children.
