The P365 has a different feature set the Glock for sure.
I personally did not feel the interchangeable grip modules were a selling feature for me bit some may. I think it is analogous to the Glock “safe action” trigger. You trade a spongy trigger for a pistol that does not have a manual safety. There are always trade offs in product design.
For me the reason I replaced my 43x and G26 with a P365 was size and optic cuts. It comes down to what you feel is important.
Yep there's no free lunch. 365 is smaller, but as a result is less sturdy. Thinner plastic, thinner metal, cheaper mags, more flimsy internals. More capacity, yes. Glock has the optic cuts too though with MOS. There's no wrong answer, but if you dropped me out of a plane I'd rather have a g26 than a 365 any day
