Here’s the thing, if yer gonna marry an ugly woman she needs to be really good at some other things. What is this contraption good at?

It’s rectangular, like the silencer. 🤣Here’s the thing, if yer gonna marry an ugly woman she needs to be really good at some other things. What is this contraption good at?

i've been sitting on this TC 6.5 and a nice vortex scope for over a year because i just don't want to do the math...I would expect it to be perfect, for a giraffe.
Figuring out which rings to order always hurts my head, but you want ones that are a fuzz taller than half the diameter of the front objective minus half the diameter of the tube (I think that’s right) unless the rail you’re mounting to doesn’t extend under the front of the scope, in which case you subtract the distance from the barrel to the rail.
Then all the numbers confuse you and you get the wrong height. Repeat 10 time over a couple years and you’ll have a good collection of scope rings to try.
Probably depends on the caliber (assuming you’re asking about a silencer. Is it worth the cost for a gunsmith to thread a Rossi if the magazine tube is flush with the barrel?
Yes, for a suppressor. It’s .357. Bought it years ago never having the intentions of wanting it suppressed but now that I do I realize the barrel is flush with the magazine tube.Probably depends on the caliber (assuming you’re asking about a silencer.
I had my lever and pump Rossi 22LR rifles threaded. Even that took a little extra work to make them fit.
If you did a caliber that used a bigger OD can, you’d have to be comfortable using a threaded extension to push the shoulder out enough.
Buy something like this and Rocksett it to the new barrel threads.Yes, for a suppressor. It’s .357. Bought it years ago never having the intentions of wanting it suppressed but now that I do I realize the barrel is flush with the magazine tube.
