What's for dinner?

Pork loin, scalloped taters, mixed berry cobbler, grill style.

That's a nice piece of flesh!

Rose said she like these best because they are cut close to where the baby back ribs come from and have more fat and marbling. I figured I have more fat and marbling too so we are made for each other. Going to smoke it for a bit and then put a quick sear on each side.

Our place does not have a view. And certainly not that view. Very nice.
Our place has a great view but is in a small neighborhood with not much of a yard. Always trade offs.

Last night was homemade Meatballs, Spinach Ravioli and Romano Cheese.

Tonight Broccoli Rabe and Sausage, whole wheat pasta, cooked in oil and garlic with sun dried tomato's. Topped off with my favorite Romano cheese.

I'm putting a beer basted chicken on my new ceramic grill. I'll get pictures then.

We were there a couple of weeks ago and the chargrilled boogers were excellent. Had I realized they were going to be that good, I'd have ordered more than a dozen.
FIFY. Yuck!!!!! :D

Scallops coated in flour, cooked in olive oil and garlic. Then put on top of whole wheat pasta. And of course my Romano cheese on top.

That looks nearly perfect.

I had planned Yeager schnitzel for tonight but forgot to defrost the pork.

Cruising the coffers now for alternatives.

Man, I've been play with my new grill. I don't remember to get pictures. Tonight was London Broil night. Marinated and smoked the flash cooked, with home grown tomatoes and baked potato. Daaaaayum!

Fixed kebobs last night on the grill. They turned out well. I also decided to try out the grilled onion/bullion and butter set up. you can see it on the back of the grill. It was really good. So kudos to whomever posted that little secret.

Yessir....that's an awesome combo. Coat em with mayo and Chile powder then grill. Add a squeeze of lime and sprinkle of sea salt and parm cheese and it'll make you wanna slap somebody. It's Mexican Street Corn.....also available on every corner in Brazil. We have Hot Dog carts and they have Corn Carts

This is what I had in Key West. It was amazing.

Who has a good stuffed pepper recipe? I want to try to make some….

The most pitiful dinner imaginable for someone with a job.

Some leftover spaghetti sauce, some baked Cheesy Poofs, and two cans of Vienna sausages coated in flaming rain lime hot sauce.

Can you imagine the smell of the fart that mess will produce? LMAO.
